About the Instructor
Prof. Abhishek Mishra is a Ph.D. scholar from Albrecht Mendelssohn Bartholdy Graduate School of Law, University of Hamburg, Germany. He has been a faculty member at the University of Hamburg, Germany, WBNUJS, Kolkata, and KIIT University. He has also been the visiting faculty at West Bengal Judicial Academy, Kolkata, where he taught trainee magistrates and Higher Judicial Services judges. Presently, he is a visiting faculty at WBNUJS, Kolkata, Raffles University, and Symbiosis University.
Prof. Abhishek has been the Paper Setter for West Bengal Public Service Commission (Judicial Services), and he is also the author of two books on Financial Laws, the most recent one being ‘Regulatory Mechanism for Capital Markets in India’ (Published by Thomson Reuters). He has also established his own institution, where he helps students prepare for Judicial Services Examinations and UPSC CSE Examinations.
