How did you apply for the internship?

It came to the knowledge of me through my friend. I sent my CV to them and filled the registration form.

First day formalities, infrastructure, first impression

There were no formalities as of such as he doesn’t take many interns, I was called directly to the supreme court and was asked to make a case brief, and after the task was done he took us to his office from the supreme court.

Main tasks

I was given cases to read and make briefs about it and the upcoming matter. I was assigned the role of date keeping.

I was supposed to write the summary of the order which was passed on a certain date, this was for a report that was to be submitted in college.

Work environment

The work environment was good, the senior helped personally with things like case analysis and briefs and explaining the order which was given.

Good things

I was taught certain drafting skills and research skills about how to find cases at hand.

Bad things

Nothing as of something bad.

Stipend (if any)

Details about accommodation and commute

No accommodation at all as it was near my home.

Anything else?

I enjoyed working there, the advocate was a warm personality and also gave us small allowances for coffee and all.
