Eligibility
- LLB B. LLM (Pursuing/ any 1).
- Immediate Joiners are required preferably.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and vetting of agreements and contracts for the company.
- SPL in agreements like a franchise or real estate draftings and agreements, licenses, and distribution.
- Look at all the legal aspects of the Company.
- Preparing Leave & License Agreements, Side letters, Deeds, Contracts, etc.
Requirements
- Well-versed with MS Office (MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel).
- Good reasoning and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Drafting Skills – excellent writing and grammar skills, ability to write.
- Concisely, clearly, and logically.
- Highly Motivated and Confident.
- Strong Personality.
Location
Santacruz (W), Mumbai (Mumbai candidates only).
