About Advocate Nidhi Gupta
Nidhi is a partner at B. Bhushan & Associates, a Delhi-based indirect tax consultancy Firm. As a part of her service, she routinely gives advisory services to clients on central excise, service tax, GST and customs. Apart from providing consultation services, she represents her clients before the Original Adjudication Authority, CESTAT and the High Court of Delhi. She has also authored several domestic and international publications on the issues of indirect taxation.
About the Opportunity
As part of the internship program, you will have the opportunity to dive into the intricacies of GST Law. Your primary responsibilities will include reading GST case laws and summarizing them. You can also explore live case files, some of which involve the constitutional validity of statutory provisions, and even attend court hearings.
There will be regular online meetings with our legal team to ensure you receive guidance, support, and a chance to collaborate. Our experienced professionals are here to mentor you, share their insights, and help you grow in the legal field. Exceptional interns may be offered a permanent position in our organization after successful completion of the internship.
