The Bench headed by Acting Chief Justice Vipin Sanghi asked Additional Solicitor General Chetan Sharma, appearing for the North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) to seek instructions on the issue.
“Mr Sharma we will hear it today. You come up with instructions. We will not give you more time. Come up with instructions today,” the Court said.
