Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Munsiff Naveen Jamwal was dismissed on the ground that he took money from an individual on the pretext of getting him a job.
Secretary to Government, Achal Sethi confirmed the same to Bar & Bench.
An order removing Jamwal from service was issued by the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs of J&K.
“On recommendation of the Hon’ble Full Court of High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor is please to order the removal of Shri Naveen Jamwal Civil-Judge (Junior-Division)/Munsiff from service with immediate effect,” the order said.
