Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Vaibhav Mehta of the Rouse Avenue Court also directed Shargin to cooperate with the Investigating Officer and provide his username and password so that he can be confronted with the data present on his phone and laptop.

The Court allowed Shargin to have his lawyer with him when he is confronted with the data.
