Larsen and Toubro is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager – Legal for their office in Powai.
Roles and Responsibilities
- The incumbent will be responsible for handling work of the various D&A and Shipbuilding Business requirements. He will also look after statutory compliance in close coordination with Corporate Secretarial. Besides, he will also continue to undertake advisory work to various businesses as well as HR, F&A and EHS.
- The incumbent will be expected to quickly grasp the issues based on the available information and give commercially prudent and legally accurate advice to the Businesses.
- The incumbent will also be responsible for carrying out sensitisation of the Business team on emerging and evolving legal issues of contemporary business relevance.
- He will closely collaborate with the Business teams and support end-to-end contract lifecycle management for the work allocated to him.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification – BA LLB
- Required Experience of 4 – 6 Years
