Eligibility Criteria
- Chief Administrative Officer (On Contract)
- Officers of Central State Government or Central / State Statutory / Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts or with at least 5 years of service in the post in the pay scale of Rs. 3000 – 4500 (Pre-Revised), PB – 3 (Rs. 15600 – 39100 + GP Rs. 6600 (Pre-revised) or equivalent and having experience.
- Officers with MBA or PG Diploma in Personal Management or labour Law or Degree in Law shall be given preference. The period of deputation shall ordinarily exceed 3 years.
- The upper age limit is 62 years as on 09.12.22
- Chief Administrative Officer (On Deputation)
- Officers of Central State Government or Central / State Statutory / Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts or with at least 3/5 years of service in the post in the pay scale of Rs. 2000 – 3500 / Rs. 2000-3200 (Pre-Revised), or equivalent respectively.
- Officers with MBA or PG Diploma in Personal Management shall be given preference.
- The upper age limit is 56 years as on 09.12.22
Salary
- 12 LPA, Basic Rs. 78,800/- and other allowances. (On deputation)
- Last drawn witout pension (On contractual basis).
