About the Opportunity
As part of Compliance Monitoring and Testing in the Legal department of the company, you will work closely with the Compliance, Product, and Operations team(s) working on monitoring and testing. This role reports to the Monitoring and Testing Manager. It is a remote work.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing and executing testing scripts to evidence ONE’s products, services, and controls for compliance with applicable US consumer compliance banking regulations, such as UDAAP, ECOA, EFTA, Privacy, FCRA, FDCPA, TILA, and TISA, as well as relevant state laws and regulations.
- Coordinating and analyzing data from multiple stakeholders and sources, validating data in a timely manner.
- Documenting the work, along with preparing findings and recommendations and presenting them to senior management and key business stakeholders.
- Contributing to the planning, preparation, and execution of an annual compliance testing and monitoring plan, including performing compliance risk assessments in collaboration with relevant business stakeholders.
- Demonstrating a strong subject matter expertise on applicable US consumer compliance banking regulations, particularly relevant to ONE’s business activities by maintaining an up to date knowledge of changes in key regulatory requirements, regulatory focus and risk themes impacting ONE’s regulatory compliance and conduct obligations.
- Additional duties as assigned by your manager.
Eligibility Criteria
- Mid Career (5-10 Years) with compliance testing or auditing experience.
- English Proficiency Writing and Speaking.
