Responsibilities Include
- Ensuring operationalization of content agreements, and collaborating across departments including Content Operations, Rights, Legal, Marketing, and Finance
- Providing ongoing deal management by reviewing, managing, and communicating contractual obligations between Netflix and our partners
- Completing ad-hoc projects as needed. Examples include compiling in-depth research on competitor offerings and identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and systems
- Contributing to relationships with external content partners by working to support potential issues over the contract lifecycle.
Eligibility
- 2+ years of related work experience at a media company and/or a legal adjacent role. Experience supporting film deals in distribution, licensing, acquisition, etc. is a plus
- Passion for film and an in-depth understanding of the entertainment industry at a global level
- Demonstrated good judgment and strong critical thinking skills
- Proven communication skills; must be articulate and professional both in written and verbal forms
- Ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment
- High level of organization and detail that leads to an ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as their Google Suite counterparts
