- Drafting and vetting contracts such as agreements relating to procurement of goods and services, NDAs, AMC(s), software license, etc.
- Taking part in contract negotiation with the vendors.
- Conducting research and drafting opinion/memo under guidance.
- Assisting team in transversal matters and bring continuous improvement.
- Drafting legal documents such as notices, letters, Internal guidelines, policies, etc.
Eligibility Criteria
- A legal professional with 0 to 1-year experience.
