About NDHM
The National Digital Health Mission (NDHM) aims to develop an interoperable IT platform to integrate all digital health solutions in India.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters.
- Providing advice on legal matters.
- Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents.
- Reviewing legal material.
- Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.
- Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses.
- Drafting legal documents, structuring solutions for issues, and providing support in legal issues.
- To prioritize work so that the deadlines can be met and is responsible for gathering the relevant information from various resources by using some effective research tools
- Resolution of disputes and participation, recommends as well as drafts new codes that are relevant to the law.
- Developing and leading legal strategy to promote and protect the company’s matters.
- Developing and leading internal audit and corporate compliance programs.
- Overseeing the delivery of legal services and resources
- Maintaining proper corporate interactions with the relevant local, state, and federal governmental bodies, legislatures, and the community at large
- Advising the NHA Authorities on a variety of issues
Eligibility Criteria
LLB/ LLM (from a national rank university) with 3 years of experience in the legal domain.
