Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensuring Compliance through E-compliance Module – Coordination with various stakeholders.
- Recovery Process through Arbitration, Section 138, Civil Suit etc
- Guidance Note on BG Format, Invocation process etc
- Representing FD – Mahindra in all Legal Suits.
- Managing Power of Attorney for various stakeholders.
- Any other legal matters.
Eligibility Criteria
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with internal customers promoting the value of the legal function
- Proactive engagement with business teams to understand their spoken and unspoken needs and coordination with business legal teams.
- Identification of the issues while introducing processes and monitoring mechanisms.
- Monitoring and supervising the implementation of the best practices such as standardisation of the documents, awareness sessions etc.
- Ability to ask appropriate questions to the business to understand the requirement and the structure of the documentation
- Ability to turn around enquiries quickly and tackle issues at short notice.
- Ability to work effectively with a range of people and the ability to deliver advice in a clear and user-friendly way.
- Education: LLM/ LLB
- Total Work Experience: 5 to 6 years
