Prof (Dr) Anoop Singh
Singh was a member of the fifteenth Finance Commission. He has earlier served as a part of the International Monetary Fund, including as the Director of the Asia Pacific Department and as a Special Adviser to the Governors of the Reserve Bank of India.
Dr OP Agarwal
Agrawal, a 1979 batch IAS officer, has earlier been involved in the framing of the national urban transport policy. With a background in Transport Economics (PhD from IIT Delhi), he spent six years as the World Bank’s global Urban Transport Adviser.
Dr Ajai Chowdhry
Chowdhry, a co-founder of HCL, is credited as having played a key role in India’s electronics industry. His contributions include chairing a task force in 2009 for the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, shaping the Electronics Policy, the press release noted.
