About LHSS Collective
Available research on the intersection of law with humanities and social sciences remains focused on and originates from the Global North. Perspectives from the Global South remain marginal to such discussions.
Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai’s Law, Humanities and Social Sciences Collective seeks to redress this imbalance by providing platforms for expression and exchange of ideas and insights that craft and critique interdisciplinarity from a Global South perspective.
About the Symposium
The Law, Humanities, and Social Sciences (LHSS) Collective at Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai is back with the second edition of its International Symposium, which will be hosted in virtual mode from 11 to 12 May 2024. The symposium will probe into the crises faced by law in today’s society.
