About the Organiser
YCM is India’s First Youth Conflict Management and Mediation Initiative. Their goal is to empower the youth with skills to be able to Realise-Respond-Resolve fights and deadlocks in every domain of life. Conflict management skills are essential for every dispute resolution process. Manage conflicts to save money, save time and save peace of mind!
About the Opportunity
Become a Mediator course is split into 3 levels with an assessment. The dates for the training program will be:
- Level 1 – 12 and 13 August (9:30 am to 6:30 pm IST, including breaks)
- Level 2 – 19 and 20 August (9:30 am to 6:30 pm IST, including breaks)
- Level 3 – 26 and 27 August (9:30 am to 6:30 pm IST, including breaks)
- Assessment – 2 and 3 September (1.5 hours each day)
