The directions by the Court came in a temporary bail application filed by Malik, seeking release from the Arthur Road Jail for six weeks where he is lodged in a money-laundering case involving underworld don Dawood Ibrahim.
Malik was taken to JJ hospital earlier this month for medical emergency, however he was discharged and was taken back to Arthur Road prison.
Malik is in judicial custody for his alleged involvement in the money laundering case involving underworld don Dawood Ibrahim.
Malik had filed application for release on Friday through law firm Rashmikant & Partners.
