Sibal mentioned instances where individuals have been urged to label those who employ people from a specific community as ‘gaddars’ (traitors).
“Some decisions are taken that if a community is employed then the employer will be called as a Gaddar. We will file an urgency petition,” he said.
The Senior Advocate was likely referring to incidents like the call made at the Mahapanchayat in Tighara village, promoting the social and economic boycott of Muslims, including denying them jobs as well as shops and houses on rent
