Jaising suggested that the apex court could adopt the Karnataka High Court model, where the video conference link is provided in the causelist uploaded on the High Court website.
She also suggested physical transcription to maintain proof of the court proceedings.
The CJI remarked that the cost of physical transcription is too high since it requires an army of people. However, he stated that the suggestion about links in the causelist is important.
