Supreme Court junks plea to recall dismissal of ‘Hindu khatre main hain’ PIL

When the matter came up before a Bench of Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Sudhanshu Dhulia and Ahsanuddin Amanullah, the Court was prompt to point out that the matter could not be entertained under Article 32 of the Constitution.

“How can you decide that what you propagate has to be followed by everyone else? Curriculum etc. is the government’s work, not the court’s. Dismissed,” Justice Kaul said.
