During the hearing, the Court was informed of a proposal to use the current building housing the Jammu and Kashmir High Court for CAT, once the High Court bench shifts to a new building complex at Jammu.
Since the two issues appeared to be interlinked, the Court asked the Central government to file a report indicating the progress in shifting the Jammu bench of the High Court to a new building.
