The Bar Council also urged the DGP to direct the subordinates to follow the due process of law while searching premises occupied by advocates.
“Nowadays the Police officials without getting prior permission from the competent Court of law, entering into the office and residence of the Advocates illegally in the guise of search of accused persons,” stated the letter.
