[UAPA] Delhi High Court seeks response from NIA on PFI member’s plea seeking copy of FIR against him

The Central government had, on September 28, declared PFI as unlawful under Section 3 of the UAPA and imposed a ban on it for five years.

The NIA had carried out raids across the country and arrested more than 100 of its alleged members and activists.

The organisation has been accused of indulging in ‘unlawful activities’ which are prejudicial to the integrity, sovereignty and security of the country.
