Speaker

Tushar Hemani: He specialises in Direct and Indirect Taxation, Corporate, Commercial, and Fiscal laws. He is known for representing clients before various judicial forums, including the Supreme Court. Notably, he was among the youngest in the Bar to be conferred Senior Designation by the Gujarat High Court in 2019.

Besides his practice, Tushar holds significant roles in tax and legal associations, speaks at conferences, and contributes to professional journals. He also serves as a visiting faculty at renowned educational institutions, sharing expertise in Taxation and Corporate Laws.
