About MNLU Mumbai

About the Workshop

The Centre for Research in Criminal Justice (CRCJ) at Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai is pleased to announce a five-day workshop focusing on the three novel criminal laws of 2023.

This workshop will provide an in-depth understanding of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, which are set to replace the Indian Penal Code, Code of Criminal Procedure, and Indian Evidence Act, respectively.
