Bulandshahr (UP), Apr 17 (PTI) Police have unearthed an illegal arms factory and arrested two people here, officials said on Monday.
Additional Superintendent of Police Surendra Nath Tiwari said a tip-off was received regarding the illegal factory in Kanshiram Awas Colony.
A raid was carried out on Sunday and nine finished and two unfinished pistols of 315 bore, cartridges, and machines used in making the weapons were seized. Two people — Lalit and Amarpal – were arrested, he said.
Legal action is being taken against the duo, police said, adding that they are trying to ascertain who received the arms. PTI COR SAB RHL
