Edtech Start-up Kin & Kith Launches Career Guidance For Family Businesses

With over 650 Million family business entrepreneurs, it is surprising that data shows that not even 3% of family business legacies survive beyond their third generation

Considering the current situation with a surge in adopting the family business, and the fact that there is no formal training process available for the next generations on how to handle a family business, Vinayak Dhingra and Nehal Sharma has decided to disrupt the entire ecosystem, with a bootstrapped Ed-tech start-up from Jaipur, Rajasthan to give real-life, practical and impactful solutions to the current generations of family businesses.

With over 650 Million family business entrepreneurs, it is surprising that data shows that not even 3% of family business legacies survive beyond their third generation. This gave birth to the concept of Kin and Kith, ensuring that family business legacies are taken over and carried forward in the right direction.

Kin and Kith deals with the new generation of entrepreneurs, in the context of family businesses. Starting from filling in the gaps left by business schools, to teaching you all the necessary practical skills, guiding and mentoring you and holding your hand throughout, K&K promises to be your permanent support system and a strong family business community.

The start-up has joined hands with top global mentors and educators such as Vipul Malhotra (Executive Coach, Consultant, and Facilitator), UAE-based Bob Kohli (Senior Advisor at Soul Family Business Advisors, ACFBA ACFWA), Dr. Mita Dixit (Director & Family Business Advisor (FFI-USA), Co-author of “The 5Gs of Family Business”) and USA-based Richa Singh (Family Business Advisor | Family Governance & Conflict Resolution). These mentors would be taking interactive sessions and courses on Personal Leadership, Business Leadership, and Family Business Leadership, thus making it a holistic approach for current generations of family businesses.

Vinayak Dhingra, Co-Founder; Kin & Kith said, “Our motive is to go much beyond educating and training of family business entrepreneurs and create an entire ecosystem lead by networking, collaborations and mutually beneficial synergies between these entrepreneurs and our vision is to fill up this gap, by providing the practical knowledge of all the challenges that come while running a normal business.
