Insomniacs Partners With MoRE

This recent collaboration aligns with the brand’s ultimate vision to make real estate more relatable and part of the pop culture while focusing on a positive sales trajectory by leveraging digitally advanced technology.

India’s first and only real estate platform leveraging data analytics to provide end-to-end sales & marketing solutions has recently joined forces with MoRe-Memes of Real Estate, India’s first new-age production house, striving to engage and tie the real estate community together with innovative content and storytelling methods. This recent collaboration aligns with the brand’s ultimate vision to make real estate more relatable and part of the pop culture while focusing on a positive sales trajectory by leveraging digitally advanced technology. In fact, as the first act of this alliance, Insomniacs is gearing up to launch creative and fun merchandising for the real estate fraternity.

Today, memes have become a common and fundamental part of modern-day discourses. In this context, two individuals Vicky Rochlani and Sachin Vanjarani, decided to bring this ingenious form of expression to the real-estate masses. Being an integral part of the real estate fraternity, they realised that the existing real estate discourse is way too serious and disconnected from the digital culture. So, they decided to create a channel to connect the entire real estate family, including brokers, developers, and consumers, to bring it together and actively engage through avant-garde content mediums. Since Insomniacs is all about imbibing pop culture mixed with super-productive and modern marketing and sales dynamics, it decided to team up with MoRE, which has successfully created a network of 50,000 brokers using its unique offerings.

Speaking about this latest collaboration, Govind Rai, CEO and Co-founder of Insomniacs, said, “Regular folks never see real estate or the conversation around it as amusing or entertaining. That’s because it’s usually not. In fact, the real estate industry hasn’t paid much attention to this fact and is mostly stuck to the age-old narratives. However, at Insomniacs, we have had a different perspective for quite some time. We had been scouting for talents like MoRE that align with our vision to make real estate content joyful and relatable while simultaneously focusing on sales using cutting-edge digital technology. We are thrilled to have MoRE as our latest partner in business and look forward to achieving new milestones together.”

Commenting about this latest collaboration, Vicky Rochlani, Co-founder, MoRE, said, “During the lockdown, we realised that there’s a bizarre number of memes emerging on real estate woes. And memes can become an effective way to reach out to the right clientele. We also noted that our industry had a tremendous need gap in communication style that was begging to be filled through progressive narratives. So, we started MoRE acknowledging that memes can encourage a sense of belonging in all real estate stakeholders and unite them on a common platform. We are also planning to launch cool merchandise for the real-estate family soon.”

Sachin Vanjarani, Co-founder, MoRE, further added, “The basic idea was to add quirky and springy aspects to the everyday mundane life of a real estate professional. It is widely believed that they like to dress up in three-piece suits and talk about money, buildings, constructions, costs and land rates increasing around the globe, and we wanted to change this notion. MoRE aims to make real estate professionals laugh at the unique nuances of their professional life and help them share their pains through effective modes of communication. A lot is happening in NFT space which we shall explore in the near future. On this strange and somewhat mystifying journey, we met Insomniacs. This collaboration will surely bring out the best for both the teams.”
