City-based firm SuperOps.ai, a professional services automation (PSA) and remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform, has raised $3 million in a seed-stage funding round led by Elevation Capital and Matrix Partners India.
Noted angel investors, including Posist’s co-founder Ashish Tulsian, Varun Shoor, founder,Kayako’s, Kovai. co’s founder Saravana Kumar, and Ramakant Sharma, founder of Livspace’s participated in the seed round investing.
SuperOps.ai also launched its beta platform this week. The Start-up plans to use the funds to further consolidate research and development.
SuperOps.ai was founded in 2020 by serial entrepreneur Arvind Parthiban, which is a modern take on disjointed managed service providers (MSP) tools. Prathiban also created Zarget, the marketing automation software, which was later sold to Freshworks.
The global MSP market is valued at $223.0 billion as of 2020 and is speculated to reach $329.1 billion by 2025. There has been a tremendous shift in focus towards the managed services and their applications for both short- and long-term strategic decisions. It is speculated that deployment of managed services will increase operational efficiency by 45-65% and help in reducing the IT cost by 25-45%.
