This is a drink which i make almost daily for me and hubby. Carrot juice has lots of benefits in them, it has anti cancer properties and really good for your skin and eyes..It has lots of benefits, you can read about them here. I strongly suggest you to have this juice daily continuously for a month to see a change in your body..TRY IT GUYS..I make this juice little differently often, will share all the version soon.

Ingredients for Carrot, Orange & Ginger Juice
- Carrot – 2 large
- Orange – 1
- Ginger – 2 cm piece
- Sugar or Honey to taste
- Ice Cold Water as needed
How to make Carrot, Orange & Ginger Juice
- Squeeze juice from orange. Set aside.
- Take carrots and ginger in a blender, add water slowly and make it into a smooth puree. Strain it through a strainer or a cheesecloth.
- Pour it in a jug, add in orange juice and honey. Mix well.
- Chill it and serve.
