Easy and delicious cheese bombs are bite size cheese stuffed mini buns which are coated in a garlicky butter and baked till soft.
I have been in baking mood..When i succeeded in baking my
dominos style garlic breadstick recipes, i wanted to bake many other buns recipe as well.. So yesterday i decided to make some delicious bread recipes.
When i was
surfing pinterest. I found some many recipes for soup sticks and cheese bombs which caught my eyes and i decided to make some. I made a double batch of the dough and made garlic cheese bombs and
breadsticks using that.
This recipe is so easy to make and it taste great warm when served with tomato sauce or any sauces. It can be served along side with soups. This is full of garlic and herb flavour and it turns out soft. Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

You need some warm milk, make sure it is luke warm, if it is hot then the yeast won’t activate |

Whole Wheat Cheese Bombs Recipe
I made this yesterday and also created a video for it. You have to check my youtube channel and subscribe because i share many more videos there. These were truly delicious. It is made using whole wheat flour and it taste so yum. Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..
How to Make Whole Wheat Cheese Bombs
- Take yeast, sugar and warm water in a bowl and mix well. Let it stand for 5 mins.
- Now add in wheat flour, salt and mix well. Add oil and knead well for 1 mins.
- Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- While it is resting, take butter in a bowl and melt it down. Now use a brush to dip in this butter and brush all over the baking pan, sprinkle with oregano and set aside.
- Now in the remaining butter, add oregano, salt and garlic and mix well. Set aside.
- Now knead it well and take it in a floured surface and knead well.
- Divide it into equal portions.
- Take one portion, flatten it, place a cheese cube and close it. Arrange it in the baking pan. Cover and let it rise for 30 mins.
- During the last 10 mins or rising, Preheat oven to 220 degree C. Now brush the top with butter and bake for 15 to 20 mins.
- Remove and cool for 5 mins. Serve
