Mint and Ginger Tea recipe with step by step pictures. This recipe is made using mint leaves, honey, ginger and water. It is a best remedy for cold and flu symptoms.

Ingredients for Mint and Ginger Tea

  • Water – 2 cup
  • Mint leaves – 10
  • Honey – 2 tsp
  • Ginger – 1 tsp grated

I didn’t add any tea in this, but you can just use little black tea or green tea in this as well. You will get all the benefit of this tea when you drink this early morning. How to Make Mint and Ginger Tea

  1. Take water in a sauce pan, Add in mint leaves and ginger. Bring this to a bowl and simmer for 5 mins or so..
  2. Now take honey in a serving glass.
  3. Pour the tea over a strainer in the cup. Mix well.
  4. Serve.
