No Bake Biscuit Pudding

This is a simple and delicious pudding. I have already made and shared a no bake biscuit cake recipe. This is a pudding version. It is so delicious.

Ingredients for Biscuit Pudding

  • Biscuits – around 30 to 40 ( I used krack jack)
  • Milk – 1 cup + 1.5 cup
  • Custard Powder – 1 tbsp
  • Drinking Chocolate Powder or Cocoa Powder – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 4 tbsp
  • Instant Coffee Powder – 1 tsp
  • Cream – 1 cup
  • Chocolate Grated for decoration

I used custard powder to make the custard sauce. I added drinking chocolate powder in this. You could use cocoa powder as well instead of chocolate powder. I used krack jack, you can use marie biscuits or any biscuit of your choice.

How to Make Biscuit Pudding

  1. Take custard powder, chocolate powder, sugar in a sauce pan, add 1.5 cup of milk slowly and mix well.
  2. Heat this and keep mixing. Now it has got thick and glossy. Add in cream and mix well.
  3. Now take 1 cup of milk and coffee in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Dip biscuits in the milk and arrange it in a serving dish.
  5. Now little sauce over it and keep repeating the layers. The top should have a layer of the sauce.
  6. Now for decorating, take some biscuits in a blender and powder it finely. Grate some chocolate, Now use these to decorate the pudding.
  7. Chill this for few hours, slice and serve.
