Ingredients for Peanut Butter Streusel Muffins
For Muffins:
- Peanut Butter – ½ cup
- Egg – 1
Unsalted Soft Butter – 1 tblspn - Sugar – ½ cup / 100 grams
- All Purpose Flour / Maida – 1 cup / 120 grams
- Baking Powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – ¼ tsp
- Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
- Milk – ½ cup
- Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips – ¼ cup
- For Streusal Topping:
- Unsalted Cold Butter – 3 tblspn
- All Purpose Flour / Maida – 3 tblspn
- Sugar – 2 tblspn
- Jif® Peanut Powder – 3 tblspn
- Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips – ¼ cup
(My 1 cup measures 240 ml)

How to make Peanut Butter Streusel Muffins
- Preheat oven to 190 degree C. Line 12 cup muffin tray with cupcakes cases and set aside.
- Mix all the ingredients together using a fork till it resembles coarse crumbles. Set aside in fridge till use.
- Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
- Take butter, peanut butter, egg, sugar, vanilla in a bowl and use a beater and whip till creamy.
- Add in milk and whip this up till creamy.
- Now add in the flour mix in and mix well.
- Use a ice cream scoop and scoop the batter into the cupcakes cases.
- Top it generously with streusal and bake this in oven for 18 to 20 mins.
- Remove it and let it cool in tin for 10 mins.
- Serve warm.
