Pizza Pinwheels
I have been seeing this and salivating over this recipe on pinterest..It is just pizza in pinwheel form. The taste is just fantastic..Made it few days back and it is totally rocking recipe. I just used some basic topping which i had on hand. You can use any toppings as you like.

Ingredients for Pizza Pinwheels
- Pizza Dough – one batch (Recipe here)
- Pizza Sauce or Ketchup – 1 cup or as needed ( Recipe here)
- Capsicum / Bell Peppers as needed finely chopped
- Onions as needed finely chopped
- Olives as needed
- Coriander Leaves a handful finely chopped
- Mozarella Cheese Grated as needed
- Italian Seasoning as needed
- Salt to taste
- Red Chilli Flakes to taste
How to make Pizza Pinwheels
- Preheat oven to 200 degree C.
- Take your pizza dough and roll it into a long rectangle.
- Now spread pizza sauce and all the other ingredients. Finally sprinkle over cheese.
- Now roll it into a log.
- Cut into slices.
- Arrange it in a well oiled foil lined baking tray and brush the top with oil. Pop it in oven.
- Bake for 15 to 17 mins.
- Remove it and cool little and serve hot.

Materials
- 1 batch Pizza Dough
- 1 cup Pizza Sauce
- 1 Capsicum / Bell Peppers finely chopped
- 1 Onions finely chopped
- 10 Olives
- 3 tbsp Coriander Leaves finely chopped
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese grated
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Red Chilli Flakes to taste
Instructions
