Moringa

Moringa leaves come with the goodness of vitamins A, B, C, and E, iron, zinc and amino acids which strengthen hair follicles, and promote healthier hair growth. Additionally, its moisturising properties maintain the scalp’s health, ensuring a conducive environment for hair to grow stronger and healthier.

You can add moringa powder to a hair mask of your choice, or mix it with coconut oil to reap the benefits. 

Fenugreek seeds 

Fenugreek seeds are a good source of nicotinic acid and protein. Its regular use strengthens hair roots, controls hair fall, and adds volume to the hair. It also fights dandruff, ensuring a healthier scalp for hair growth.
