Special Judge RN Rokade pronounced the verdict today. He had reserved the plea filed in December 2021 for orders after hearing the matter for a span of over a month.
The Court observed that while there were contradiction in statements of witnesses the could not be considered by the Court at this stage.
Additionally, the Court noted the twin condition for bail had not been met based on the prima facie evidence to show money laundering.
