Call for Chapters for an Edited Book on Comparative Public Law [With ISBN]: Submit by Jan 6

The authors of a book on Comparative Public Law are inviting submissions in the form of a call for chapters.

About the Theme

Comparative Public Law and Local Delf Governance remain to date the most important area of study for every student of law. The study of Public Law and governance policy makes one aware of the various intricacies which revolve around its domain, while also presenting a number of opportunities to aspiring researchers to delve into the subject and present aspects in a number of ways that weren’t available for one to see beforehand.

Through the book, the organizers wish to provide an opportunity for every person in the legal fraternity to delve deep into the horizons of public law and present their views on topics that hold deep importance in the same.

The themes are merely suggestive in nature and contributors are free to select themes related to the Central Idea.

Submission Guidelines

  • The Chapter should be in English only.
  • The author(s) shall first submit an abstract with 3-5 keywords, highlighting the area of their research in the Chapter, which should not exceed 250-300 words.
  • The Full-Length Chapters shall not exceed 6000 words.
  • Co-Authorship is allowed with up to 2 authors per Chapter.
  • All submissions are to be made in Bookman Old Style font, Size 12, Line Spacing 1.5, 1-inch margins on all sides on an A4 Paper. Footnotes shall be Size 10.
  • ILI Citation Format has to be followed for Uniform Footnoting.
  • Any Chapter which has been published previously or which is under consideration for publication shall be disqualified.
  • All papers will be Peer-Reviewed by the Editorial Board, and the authors shall be given a 5-6 day time period for editing their book chapters as per the needs of the Editors/Plagiarism Report.
  • The decision of the Editors shall be final and binding.
  • The upper limit of Plagiarism shall be 10% only.
  • All submissions of abstracts and chapters must be made only once to lmpublications2@gmail.com.
  • Topic/ Title of Chapter mentioned in the subject.
  • All submissions must be made in a word document file (.doc/.docx). The submissions shall be made electronically only.
  • The cover page of the submission shall contain the details of the author(s) namely: Name(s), and E-mail id of the Author(s).
  • Every participant has to fill google form first for Registration. (Single form for Author and Co-Author)

Important Dates

  • Last date to fill form and Abstract submission: December 25, 2022, extended to January 6, 2023
  • Acceptance/ Rejection/ Modification  Announcement: December 27, 2023
  • If selected, paper submission: January 6, 2023
  • Final Submission: January 18, 2023
