The submission was made before the bench of Justices Revati Mohite Dere and Manjusha Deshpande.
The Court had earlier asked the Police Commissioners of Mumbai and Mira-Bhayander and Vasai-Virar (MBVV) to personally examine videos of speeches of the leaders and take appropriate decision after reviewing the same.
