Introduction to team members, training and development

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Under Dream Law, main responsibilities encompass website management, course organization, Instagram post creation, and video content development.

Additionally, video content development entails conceptualizing, scripting, filming, and editing videos to convey key messages, educate, and entertain the audience, as well as creating promotional videos for courses and other marketing initiatives. These multifaceted responsibilities aim to enhance the brand’s online presence and effectively engage its audience.

Work Culture and Work-Life Balance

When I joined Dream Law, I was in my second year of Law School, and I initially thought I couldn’t manage my studies alongside the workload assigned to me. However, due to the flexible working hours, I was able to effectively manage my workload.

Overall, Dream Law’s work culture emphasizes creativity and continuous improvement. All team members are encouraged to share ideas, support each other, and work towards achieving shared goals. Dream Law values work-life balance, creating a workplace where people feel supported to succeed in their careers while also enjoying a fulfilling life outside of work.

Good Things

Being a part of Dream Law Team opened many doors for me to showcase my abilities in ways I had never imagined. Through creating legal video content, I got recognition from a wider audience, which boasted my confidence and affirmed my capabilities.

Along with that, I took on the role of organizing numerous courses conducted by the Dream Law. Under the guidance and encouragement of Dream Law’s Founder, Mr Dilawar Khan Sir, I found a supportive mentor who motivated me to strive for excellence and push beyond my limits.

Apart from that, Dream Law provided me with a nurturing environment where I could thrive personally and professionally, ultimately shaping me into a more confident and capable individual.

Bad Things

During my tenure at Dream Law, I can confidently say that my experience was overwhelmingly positive. However, like any other workplace, there were occasional challenges.

Sometimes, pending and late work led to receiving corrective feedback or even being scolded. But it can also be seen as an opportunity for growth and improvement. Ultimately, I believed that this aspect of the work environment served as a motivating factor, encouraging me to prioritize time management and efficiency in my task.

Exit Process

When it’s time to leave the job, formalities such as submitting a resignation e-mail are typically part of the process. To exit the process, a resignation email along with reasons for leaving are required.

You can also mention your availability for an exit interview or a meeting to discuss the transition process. That’s all.

Details About the Accommodation, Commuting to the Office

My overall work experience primarily involved virtual tasks and interactions. Due to the nature of my role, the work was conducted remotely through WhatsApp and other digital platforms.

The tasks such as content creation, course organization and communication with team members were done by video conferencing. In summary, my virtual work experience at Dream Law was excellent.

Lessons Learned

Dream Law was instrumental in my journey. Their support and encouragement helped me grow personally and professionally.

The nurturing environment provided me with the support and encouragement needed to overcome obstacles and unlock my full potential. The culture provided me with the perfect platform to explore my capabilities and reach new heights. I am profoundly grateful for the invaluable experiences and lessons gained.

Anything Else You Want to Share?

During the 2020 lockdown, while in my 1st Year of college, I gained recognition for creating humorous law videos, including one titled “Juripendence Book,” which went viral. This led to an opportunity to work as an Editor for Deadly Law, India’s premier legal meme page.

Subsequently, in 2021, I joined Dream Law, a venture launched by the Deadly Law Group aimed at democratizing access to quality legal education in India. Starting as a content creator, I was later promoted to Marketing Manager in 2022.

After a year in this role, I transitioned to become the Content Manager at Flames CLAT in 2023, where I currently work. Now in my 5th Year of B.A.LLB studies, I’ve learned that potential knows no bounds, and technology has been pivotal in democratizing legal education.

I encourage others to forge their own paths and recognize their worth, as the legal field is vast and diverse, offering opportunities for those willing to seize them.
