First Day Formalities, Infrastructure, First Impression

The office in the basement building is well-lit and comfortable.

The First Day Formality is talking with Advocate Divanshu (founder of DGLC) who would ask you about your previous work experience and directly allot research points after explaining the case.

Main Tasks

  • The main tasks given are on Researching Cases, Processing the Documents given by the Client
  • Drafting RERA Complaints.
  • Drafting any other legal document whose format will be provided by sir, for example, a Caveat Application, etc.
  • Proofreading Arbitration Claims and Counter-Claims.

Work Environment

The work environment is student-friendly. In case of any doubt, if sir is free, he can be directly approached.

Good things

After emailing the draft that you have made to Divanshu sir, you get to have a face-to-face review of your draft with him.

This is a huge opportunity for growth as you get feedback on the improvements required. This kind of personal grooming is rarely available anywhere else.

Bad things

None.

Accommodation & Conveyance to Office

PGs can be found in the Vishveshvariya Nagar, or even the Triveni Nagar, which is nearby.

Stipend

None.
