Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the office work of insolvency professionals and advocates
- Assist to carry out work on the legal front
- Work to represent clients in court and national company law tribunals or before government agencies
- Analyze the probable outcomes of cases using knowledge of legal precedents
- Manage to do the miscellaneous field work apart from the office work.
Eligibility Criteria
3rd and 4th year students pursuing 5-year integrated LLB or 2nd year students in 3 years LLB
Skills Required
- Interest in IBC.
- Basic knowledge of research and drafting.
- Can join immediately for a full-time in-office internship.
- Available for 6 months.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
