About the Opportunity
The role requires providing legal advice, guidance, and expertise on routine to medium-complexity transactional agreements, and legal matters and making decisions that could have a substantial impact on the Company’s revenue/risk. The role requires an experienced professional having post qualification of 3-4 years.
Eligibility
- The candidate should possess a Law degree from a recognized university.
- The candidate should have passed the All India Bar Examinations.
- The candidate should have a minimum of around 3-4 years of post-qualification experience gained in a law firm or in-house legal team.
- Strong commercial acumen, customer-focused, self-motivated, hard-working, and business oriented. Good attention to detail and ability to deliver within deadlines.
- Excellent language and communication skills (both written and verbal), ability to work comfortably with all levels in the business, including senior management, and ability to conduct negotiations with other parties involving simple to mid-complex contracts and non-contentious matters.
