About the Webinar
Mooting as an activity has received widespread acceptance from law students across the country. It is a law student’s first experiencing of presenting his/her/their case before a panel of judges. Therefore, it becomes equally important for us to understand the most essential aspect behind mooting i.e. research.

About the Speaker
Sambhav Sharma is a 5th-year student at Amity Law School, Delhi (IP University). He is currently serving as the Convenor of the Amity Law School, Delhi Moot Court Society.
Sambhav has participated in the Philip C. Jessup Moot as a speaker, where his team qualified to the Global White & Case Advanced Rounds. He also participated as a Speaker in the Willem C. Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Competition 2020, Hong Kong and was awarded the Honorable Mention for the Fali Nariman Award for Best Respondent Memorandum.
His team was also awarded 2 Honorable Mentions for Best Memoranda on Behalf of both Claimant and Respondent at the 4th AIAC Vis Pre-Moot 2020, Malaysia. He has also participated in various National level Moot Court Competitions securing merit.
He currently serves as the Associate Editor and India Correspondent at JURIST Legal News and Commentary, based in the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, US.
The last 30 minutes of the webinar will comprise orientation segments for Lawctopus Law School’s Moot COURSE (& Competition) and Legal Research and Writing course.
