The company handles legal advisory, transactional assistance, cross-border transactions, and regulatory compliances by Intermediaries to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) and Reserve Bank of India.

About the Internship Opportunity
Legitt Global Advisory is looking for a student, currently in an LL.B. course from a reputed law school, who is interested in corporate and financial laws and looking to gain exposure to SEBI Laws, the practicality of Venture Capital Fund & Private Equity, and transactional practices.
Duration of the Internship
Minimum duration: 1 month

Role of the Interns
You will mostly be assigned work over email.
The intern would be involved in legal research on a proposition, assisting in the drafting of a definitive agreement, and compliance-related works.
Eligibility
- Law student from a reputed law school
- Student of 3rd or 4th year from reputed law school with interest and inclination towards the corporate laws would be preferred.
