Lex Explore is an Open Access, Peer Reviewed, Quarterly & Multidisciplinary legal Journal which provides an online platform to all academicians, research scholars, lawyers and law students who are genuinely interested in excelling in the field of law.
About the Competition
Lex Explore proudly announces its 1st National Moot Court Competition, 2023 from 12th to 14th February 2023. It is one of the finest mediums for future legal counsels to engage comprehensively in intricate deliberations to frame their arguments in context with the proposition and learn the art of advocacy to polish their skills.
The competition strives to give a platform to the budding lawyers of our country to imbibe analytical skills in real-time situations. The aim is to engage with students and allow them to have a first-hand experience of the complexities of the law.
General Guidelines
- Each team should consist of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 members. This number cannot be modified under any circumstances.
- There shall be 2 speakers and 1 researcher designated for each team. The researcher shall be allowed to argue with the prior permission of the court and National Administrator in case of illness of the selected speakers.
- Each team will be provided with a team code prior to the submission of memorials via e-mail/WhatsApp.
- This team code is only for memorials. Teams should not disclose the identity of their institution in their memorials; such disclosure shall invite penalties including disqualification.
- The decision for the same shall be at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.

INR 1500/- per team.

- Winning Team – Cash Prize of Rs – 7,000/- + Trophy + Certificate
- Runner-up Team – Cash Prize of Rs – 6,000/- + Trophy + Certificate
- Best Memorial – Cash Prize of Rs 3,500/- + Trophy + Certificate
- Best Speaker – Cash Prize of Rs 2,100/- + Trophy + Certificate
- Best Researcher – Cash Prize of Rs 2,100/- + Trophy + Certificate
- A certificate of Appreciation shall be provided to all the participants.
