National Symposium (Online) on Mediation by SLS Hyderabad [April 16-17]: Register by April 14

Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad or SLS-H is organizing a National Symposium (Online) on Mediation, on April 16 & 17, 2022.

About the Organizers

Founded on the pillars of Expertise, Justice and Service, Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad is a sister concern and constituent of Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune.

Alternative Dispute Resolution Society (ADRS) at SLS, Hyderabad, is a specialized society essentially working towards the inculcation of practical and research skills primarily in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Hyderabad Arbitration Centre (HAC): Established in 2019, as a not-for-profit Trust – Hyderabad Arbitration Centre (HAC) aims to promote ADR mechanisms through “Institutional Arbitration” and “Institutional Mediation”. It is the first-ever “Institutional Arbitration & Mediation Centre” in Hyderabad, Telangana that aims to address the need for institutionalizing arbitration and mediation.

About the National Symposium on Mediation

The Alternative Dispute Resolution Society (ADRS) of Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad, is collaborating with the Hyderabad Arbitration Centre (HAC) to organize a two-day National Symposium on Mediation.

The Symposium shall deal with the Draft Mediation Bill 2021 and the Singapore Convention. It is scheduled to be organized on April 16th and 17th, 2022 and the registrations are open right now!

The National Symposium on Mediation is a two-day event that endeavours to provide a detailed understanding of various aspects pertaining to the future of mediation in India. It is scheduled to take place for a combined period of three hours that would span over two days of the event.

The Alternative Dispute Resolution Society (ADRS) takes great pleasure to share that we have invited eminent speakers to participate in the esteemed panel.
