The petitioner, represented by Senior Advocate Haripriya Padmanabhan, stated that it was challenging the allotment of the free symbol ‘ganna kisan’ (sugarcane farmer) to another political party in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
Advocates Prabhu Ramasubramanian, Navneet Dugar, Bharathimohan M, Manoj Kumar, Santhosh K and Shrutanjay Bharadwaj also appeared for NTK.
