Appearing before the Bench, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta recalled Justice Maheshwari’s courtesy towards everyone who appeared before him.
“We are indeed privileged to have appeared before My Lord. We would remember your lordships courteous behaviour, addressing us as Sir or Madam. Even when we have lost a case, we have left with a smile on our face.”
